| 1 | Fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of M.S. Gantry for unloading & loading of submersible pumps/KRTK pumps & other machinery parts at destination place i.e. Dabber Potha. The job includes excavation of earth/rock/hard soil in trenches of size (4 feet x 4 feet x 5 feet) at a distance of 10 feet, disposal of the excavated material at a distance of 9 mts at a suitable stacking place with the help of manual skilled/unskilled labour engaged, then laying /construction of RCC blocks two numbers of size 3feetx3feetx4feet by using concrete mixture of ratio 1:2:4 with meshed steelmembers (10mm and 12 mm). Fixing/laying of M.S foundation plates of size 450mmx450mmx20 mm with heavy duty grouted 8 numbers foundation bolts of an appropriate size for strengthening ofeach vertical pillars/columns also proper curing of two cement concrete foundations blocks. The job also includes design, fabrication, erection and fixing /bolting of 2 Nos. vertical M.S pillars (2 Nos.) of 11 feet length by usingISMC 150 (2 Nos. each. for one pillar) with batten plates of size 8mm & 10mm, foundation plates of size (450X450X20)mm and top plates of suitable size which shall be welded with M.S. stiffners. Fabrication shall be done as per the design for the load of the pumping equipment. The vertical pillars has to be given extra strength by fabricating the designed batten plates of sizes 8mm & 10mm after cutting them in proper sizes by using gas cutters then fixing withvertical pillars at suitable places by way of welding with heavy duty welding electrodes then providing/fabrication & welding ofISMB 200 mm horizontal member (gantry beam) on both vertical pillars after lifting & placing at the top of the vertical pillars with the help of Crane/JCB after proper alignmentofthe gantry beam on the verticalpillars also providing & fittingof a new Chain pulley block 3 Ton capacity with keepingproper space for hosting of chain pulley block at the top of the gantry beam. Job also includes fabrication of Stair of width 1.5 feet using M.S.angle of size 40x40x6mm with equidistance steps for climbing/stepping towards top of the gantry also at the top of the gantrya platform of 2feet width has to be fabricated to hoist /handle the chain pulley block by using M.S. angle (40x40x6) mm required for the safety of the workers/mechanics while working. The job includes painting of the complete M.S gantry structure by way of making surface smooth with emery paper & initially giving one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of black enamel paint for smooth finish. The job also includes testing of gantry on full load. Complete Job. |
