Lifting, disposal & cleaning of Boiler Ash Work for ESP Unit ash handling during crushing season 2022-23a) Tender for Ash-handling for the crushing season 2022-23 for ash produced on daily basis (i.e. for 24 hours) in the Mills. Tenderer have to report one day before in the Mills from the start of the crushing season & steam trials with labour & vehicle for loading.b) Lifting & cleaning of Boiler Ash from boiler Furnace hoppers & its ground floor area, Air Pre-heater hoppers & its ground floor area, ESP hoppers & its ground floor area and area around the all Ash Belt Conveyors. c) Ash Screw Conveyors, area around ID Fans, FD Fans, SA Fans, the surrounding area of RO Water Plant & Feed Pumps, platforms etc. at 125 TPH Boiler.d) Loading of ash will be done directly from Ash Silo in Tractor Trolley and to be shifted outside Mills premises. The quantity of ash will be 4 to 5 Ton per hr. approx.e) Regular Cleaning of the floor area of Boiler, ESP & its surroundings on daily basis. Lifting and shifting of ash.f) Lifting and shifting of ash from the floor area of ESP and boiler during general cleaning/shutdown of boiler equipments for the crushing season 2022-23. Basic Rate per Day (24 Hours) plus Taxes extra as applicable.

Work of Wet scrubber unit ash handling during crushing season 2022-23a) Lifting & cleaning of boiler ash produced from wet scrubber unit & its ash pits, ash clarifiers, ash screw conveyors etc.b) Lifting & cleaning of boiler ash from boiler furnace hoppers & its ground floor area, air pre heater hoppers & its ground floor area, E.S.P hoppers & its ground floor & area around all ash belt conveyors, all ash screw conveyors, area around ID fans, FD fans, SA fans, surrounding area of RO water Plant & feed pumps at 125 TPH boiler.c) Loading of ash will be done directly from ash silo in tractor trolley & to be shifted outside Mill premises. Quantity of Ash : 4 to 5 tons/hr appx.d) Regular cleaning of floor area of boiler, ESP & its surroundings, wet scrubber & its surroundings.e) Lifting & shifting of ash from floor area of wet scrubber, ESP & Boiler during general cleaning, shut down of boiler equipments for the crushing season2022-23. Basic Rate per Day (24 Hours) plus Taxes extra as applicable.
