7	Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
8	Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
9	Providing and fixing rolling shutter springs of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 for rolling shutters including labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10	Supplying at site ball bearing for rolling shutters.

16	Deduct towards cost of salvage value of dismantled materials received from specified items which shall be issued to contractor andshall be cleared by the cotractor from the site of work with all leads and lifts complete as directed by the EIC as is where is basis.Damaged rolling shutter spring, ball bearing, shaft pipe etc.
