5	Providing and fixing rolling shutter springs of 27.5 cm long wire spring grade no.2 for rolling shutters including labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
6	Supplying at site rolling shutter made of 80x1.25mm machine rolled lathes/ bottom plates arrangement for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation etc.complete of required thickness etc. for rolling shutters.
7	Supplying at site ball bearing for rolling shutters as directed by Engineering-in-charge.
8	Supply of silicone sealant overSelf drilling / Self tapping Screws of make Dr. Fixit ( 1 Cartridge = 280 ml)
9	Labour charge for applying weather silicon sealant overSelf drilling / Self tapping Screws including providing safety measures for the labourers to work at higher elevation viz., ropes etc., insurance coverage for labourers and hiring of required T&P etc complete.
10	Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
11	Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).
12	Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour: 15mm nominal bore, 86 mm long, weighing not less than 88 gms
13	Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :Flashings/Aprons( Upto 600 mm)
