2Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
3Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work[EXCLUDING MATERIAL CHARGE]
4Applying priming coat: with primer on steel galvanised iron/ steel works (2 coats)(EXCLUDING MATERIAL CHARGE)
5Painting with two coats of aluminium paint on old work (EXCLUDING MATERIAL CHARGE)
6Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface)[EXCLUDING MATERIAL CHARGE]
