1Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ongrid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:-
2a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 335 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency.
3c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. e) Lightning and surge voltage protection. f) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required (g) AC DB with required capacity of 25 KW(h)AC SPD & MCB/MCCB is weather proof box IP-65(j) Lightning arrestor and copper earthing 600x600x3.15 mm copper plate with 25x3mm copper strip(k)DC cable one core 4 sqmm with MC-4 connector & -ve series in different conduit,The conduit size to be selected in such a way that 50% should be kept open to avoid thermal expansions.
4Desig .S pply,installation, testing & commissioning of "Solar Tree PV generationplant" of 6KW capacity without battery backup, 3 phase 415 Volt AC output, Grid tied with Solar Photo voltaic modules with m!niu S00Wp rating Mono crystalline Silicon PV Modules, open circuit voltage (Voe) 49.20 , Short circuit Current (lsc) 8.6 Amp, Optimum operating Voltage (Vmp) 41.70 Volt & optimu m operating current(Imp) 11.99 Amps including civil foundation work for Module Mounting Pole S!ructures, safty control! device switches,SPD, array junction box induding string combiner box (SCB) with IP 65 complete with NET metering system devices with including as folowing components:- (a)Solar Photo Voltaic mono crystalline Silicon Modules for Capacity 500Wp x 12 Nos= 6000, Total Rating 6KWp. (b)Civil and general works for foundation errection- 01 Nos (Each 06KW Solar Tree Plant) (c)Solar Tree Leaf Structure - 01 Nos (Each 6 KW Solar Tree with 4 Branches with 3 leafs.Solar Structure shall be Non-corrosive & electrolytically, Anodise weather proof & dust proof. (d)Power Conditioning unit (Solar Hybrid Inverter) susitable for 6KWp Solar Tree Plant & outdoor type with safety device & Net Metering unit for ON-Grid. (e)Control Cables & connected accessories for connection (from Solar Tree to Inverter). (f) Lightening conductor, Earthing & its Connected works for Solar Tree & Inverter. (g)DCDB and ACDB. Note: (i) The Complete Solar Tree PV generation Plant & design shall be done from SECI/MNRE approvedand compliance with standards and latest IS/IEC code (IEC 612215, IIS 14286, IEC 61730 Part-I & II) and latest guidelines and specifications of SECI/MNRE. (ii)All foundation & fixing arrangement shall be in according to manufactures drawing. (iii) Testing & commissioning will be done under supervision of channel partner/ Enginers of Manufactures Rep and all the necessary engineering requirements for testing and inspection layout shall be fulfilled by contractor at site during work executions. 5Complete design,Engineering,Manufacturing,Supply , storage ,Civil works,Erection,Testing Commissioning as per the Sikkim State policies of ground mounted On Grid Solar tree(hydrid type with grid islanding feature) of aggregate capacity 6KWp with Battery backup at Bldg No. P-53 including operation & Maintenance for a period of 5 years.(Note:- Battery shall be provide of 08 Nos tall tubular solar battery ,C10,150 AH,12v with 08 years warranty).
