    Supply And Supervision Of E And C Along With Mandatory Spares For Optical Lhs System For 03 Fgd Projects Supply And Supervision Of E And C Along With Mandatory Spares For Optical Lhs System For Kothagudem Fgd, Bhadradri Fgd And Tuticorin Fgd Projects As Per Tender Documents , Optical Lhs System For Package-1 I.E. 1X800 Mw Kothagudem Fgd Project , Lumpsum Price For Supply And Supervision Of E&C Along With Mandatory Spares For Optical Lhs System As Per Unpriced Price Bid Format (Annexure – B1 Of Technical Specification No. Py51883) For 1X800 Mw Kothagudem Fgd Note : 1. Refer Notes Of Price Bid Format At Annexure-B1 Of Technical Specification No. Py51883. Bidders Have To Prepare Project-Wise Unit Rate Sheet And Upload Along With Price Offer By Quoting Unit Rates For All Items Which Are Figuring In Main Supply & Mandatory Spares. Your Offer Will Not Be Evaluated Without Unit Rates. 2. The Bid Evaluation Is On Package-Wise L1 Basis. 3. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charge. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection (Tpi) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates. 5. The Percentage Of Discount Resulting For Entire Package Price After Ra/Price Negotiation With L1 Bidder I.E. Percentage Of Discount From Initial Online Sealed Bid Price To Ra/Negotiation Closing Price, Shall Be Considered For Unit Rates Of Addition/ Deletion Items Also.
