OD81644/2022-2023:Automation of existing VT motor pump set as follows. It is required to automate the start, stop, monitor the operation of VT pump taking care of protection features in situation like over voltage, under voltage, phase changes, single phasing, overload and situations like impeller jam, air lock, foot valve blocked, sump dry. The system should suit for different type of starters like VFD, Softstarter, FCMA, Star-Delta etc*. the input supply to the drive is through 440v, 3.3kv, 6.6kv or 11kv, controlled by substations and transformers. The added system shall not interfere with the working of starters negatively and should be of externally fitting<br>type. The communication shall be based on GSM and remote operation communication, system status communication should be made available for at least 2 users and to HMI dashboard. The pump should be controlled to start in step by step mode in rpm increase, without causing over current flow/huge rise in ampere(Delivery valve in full open mode with NRV/reflux valve). The system may communicate the status including the number of pumps in operation under an office, running hours, idling time, error logs etc. The new system should go in hand with the future integration with PLC/SCADA and should follow standard universal protocol in communication between systems, so that the pump shall be configurable in the PLC/SCADA and operation updates shall be visible in the HMI of the SCADA System. The system should have a warranty of 5 years.
