1All installation works should be as complete and as directed by Employer / Employer\"s representative. The rate includes necessary connected minor civil works if required and necessary supports as required at site. No extra payment will be made for the same. All the BBT, Breakers and Panels should be withstand and designed the operating temperature suitable to local ambient, however any applicability of derating, thevendor has to be selected next /higher size. Contractor /Vendorto incorporate all the requirements specified in the BOQ, SLD, Specification and functional components for the complete satisfactory operations. Note:Contractor responsibilityto get liasoning work like ,approval from CEIG, arranging inspection, getting safety certificate, incorporatingCEIG comments , all statutory approval from the relevant department for commissioning andwith EB department associated works

8Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 3 core 300 sqmm 33KV, XLPE Aluminium conductor individual core screened, PVC sheathed, flat steel strip armoured earthed cable in/ in ground with excavation . (From 33KV RMG to HT single VCB panel, Single VCB to HT indoor VCB 4 panel ).Laying inclusive of Excavation, Cutting of existing ground for supply, laying the above referred cable with RCC truff. Cable to be laid with necessary sand cushioning ,sand fill covering, hv warning protection tape, RCC truff as per standard and CEIG regulations . After laying it is MEP contractor responsibility to make the original surface with proper compaction and hand over to the client. Necessary 33KV cable routing identification post /pillar to be provided with standard intervals as per standard requirements and wherever necessary. Note:Depth of the cable /Hume pipe should be as per the Tangedco /CEIG requirement Necessary warring tape at 300 mm Level and cable warning tile/RCC truff at800mm level from the NGL/FFL to be provided through out the cable route .

16TRANSFORMER 2500kVA 33 KV/433V, DRY TYPE (COPPER WINDING )TRANSFORMER WITH OLTC+ RTCC & AVR- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2500 KVA, 33kV/433V DRYTYPE CAST RESIN AN cooledTransformer with on load tap changer & RTCC panel as per the detailed specification enclosed. Transformer Protection relays should be provided, such as Transformer restricted earth fault relay,OLTC surge relay,temperature relay, winding temp relay, Auxiliary relays as per standards. Vendor to be supply the REF and Standby REF protection CTs with suitable to be included in the proposal. The transformer shall beprovided with cable termination box on HT side to terminate 3 core 240 Sqmm XLPE cable (withtop and bottomcable entry option ) and suitable for terminating sandwich type copper or Aluminium bus duct on LT side 4000A Amps rating all as per the detailed specification and drawing enclosed. The transformer should be suitable for data center, servers, chillers and all type linear and non linear loads NOTE: The rate shall include the following:The senior service personnel shall be deputed at site for pre-commissioning of the test for the Transformer, HT breakers and test report shall be submitted. The Senior personnel shall attend during the energizing of theHT breakers and Transformer installation. The type test certificate shall be submitted by the successful tenderer. The routine test shall be conducted at the factory which will be witnessed by Client and Architect\"s Representative. 17Fencing and Yard Leveling:Supply and fixing of2.4 mtr height Hot dip galvanized weld mesh fencing with vertical angle iron supports spaced as required, 2 Numbersof 2M X 2.5 M double side gate with hinged lock and key, painting with one coat red oxide and two coat aluminium paint,withConstruction of 400- 500 mm height ( from FFL ) all around Covering the Switchyard area as required and Necessary MS channel / angle iron support shall be provided. Vertical runs ofbus bar trunking system shall be supported by hangers not more than 4m apart and OEM recommendation. The bus duct shall run from transformersto MPCC. The bus duct shall be fabricated as per the detailed specification enclosed.

53For all Panel boards in this section section-C, the rate includes necessary connectedminor civil works if required and necessary supports as required at site. No extra payment will be made for the same. As mentioned in SLD, MFM WITH RS 485shall be provided in all panels incomer and MPCC panel\"s outgoings with necessary CTs, PTs, control switches like MPCB, MCB, ELCB, RCBOs and all other necessary accessories as per the specification and drawing. All the meters should have RS 485 Modbus output for BMS integration and also All ACB & MCCB should have dedicated potential free contacts to monitor (ON/OFF) & TRIP status from BMS system. CT accuracy class shall be 0.5 /0.2as mentioned at SLD
54COMMON NOTE TO INCORPORATEFOR ALLMain and Subpanels:1) All ACB feeders shall be draw out type, MCCB feeders shall be fixed type. Refer SLDand BOQ for EDO / MDO/ Motorized breakers, Protection relays , meters and its all functional components?2) ?Except below three points (Point no. 3 & 4), All the breakers which is above 250? ?A rated breaker should be provided with Microprocessor based release?? and 250A & below the rated breaker should be provided with thermal magnetic release.?3) The breaker which is feeding the power to UPS should be thermal magnetic breaker in all range?.4) All starter feeders and fire fighting panel feeder should be provided with breaker which is suitable for motor application.5) All Panels incoming breaker should be provided with microprocessor based release with LSIG.6)Main l panels should complied with IEC 61439-1&2 ( MPCC- shall be Fully type tested -TTAwith internal arc (IEC 61641) test and complete test as per standardrequirement & Subpanel shall be partial type tested panelcomplying IEC 60439standard) and the manufacturer should have necessary type test certificates and the same to be submitted. (from same OEM)7) All breakers should have minimum kA ratingas mentioned in BOQ. On non availability of specified breaker, immediate higher rating breaker must be provided. Panel vendor should consider all functional components for the complete satisfactory operations8) All live parts should be shrouded by FRP transparent polycarbonate sheet of 2mm thick
559) All panels incoming breaker and outgoing breakers of MPCC panel should have over current, Time adjustable short circuit and earth fault releases (LSIG).10) All LT panels (Except MPCC panel) outgoing breakers should have over current and adjustable short circuit.11) All panels incoming feeder and outgoing feeders of MPCC panel should have Dual source Multi function meter with energy consumption functionwith RS 485 communication port12) Surge Arrester to be provided in all panels incoming feeder and the same should be connected to the main earth grid directly.13) All panel\"s bus bar should be capable of either withstanding continuous rated Amps rating or to withstand the fault current for 1 minute, whichever is higher.14) All the earthing busbar in the panel should be provided with same capacity for entire length of panel and the same shall be capable of either withstanding the fault current for 1 minute or half the size of neutral busbar, whichever is higher. 15 ) The busbar should be provided either based on the temperature rise limit or the current density of 0.8A/sqmm and 1.0A/sqmm for aluminium and copper respectively,whichever is higher.16) All meters should be digital type and all relays should be numerical type with RS 485 /MODBUS communication port 17) All MCCBs should have LOTO provision.18) All panelshould have the provision to receive the pipe lines for proposed panel gas flooding system19)All details mentioned at BOQ and SLDshould be taken into consideration. Next higher side to be consider if the specified items obsolete /not available 20 ) All meter\"slooped into RS 485 MODBUS communication cable in series and terminated at common meter chamber for BMS feedback.
56COMMON NOTE TO INCORPORATEFOR ALL MPCC panels: All the Outgoing feeder shall be ON/OFF/Trip indication lamps, emergency lockable push buttons, all ACB and MCCBs should have two (spare) potential free contactor for BMS monitoring, Combined digital type Multi function meterwith RS485 port. All ACB feeders should have TNC switch. The rate shall inclusive of necessary CTs, control switches, Front operating handles etc., All switch boards shall be fabricated as per the detailed specification enclosed. Suitable size outgoing cable chamber and extra busbars should be provided for connecting the number of outgoing cables as per the schematic drawing. The board shall be fabricated for future extension of the panel board. The transformers, DG incomers and Bus couplershall be provided with protection relays such as IDMT (2O/C + E/F), REFR (Restricted Earth fault Relay) etc., both the incomer\"s shall be interlocked with mechanical and electrical arrangements by hardware control wiring along with PLC with Hot stand by PLC (Programmable Logic Controls). The Hardware control wiring & PLC operation shall be feasible to extend for future 1 Each Transformer & all as per the detailed specification and drawings enclosed. The PLC should have suitable communication port for BMS integration.The both incoming & bus coupler breakers should be with energy releases & will measure the following parameters such as current demand, voltages, instantaneous power, power factor, power demand etc. All outgoing breakers shall be with built-in microprocessor based release with overload, short circuit, earth fault, neutral protection,etc.Incoming meter for Transformer shall be with demand controller, Harmonic THD and individual harmonic display+ Regular parameters like V, I, KVA, KVAR, KW, KWH, KVARh, PF, Freq, Max, AVG All Outgoing Feeders in Main panel shall be with MFM monitoring V,I, KWH, KVARH, PF, Energy consumption readingwith RS 485 BMS integration.
