4	Dismantling RCC work by (taking all necessary safety precautions) manually/ by mechanical means for all depth and height, below and above plinth level including supply of tools & tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, cutting reinforcement bars, breaking into pieces, all labor, etc., cleaning and disposal of unserviceablematerial to the designated place upto a lead of 100mas per instruction of engineer in charge, all complete.
5	Dismantling tile workin floors and roofs laid upto bed mortar of 20mm including disposal to the designated place within the Refinery premises upto a lead of 100mas per instruction of engineer in charge
6	Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking the material at a yard within the Refinery premises upto a lead of 100mas per instruction of engineer in charge
7	Dismantling pipe lines of upto 6 inch dia including GI, PVC, CPVC, Cast iron, stone ware etc. including of all tools and tackles and disposal to a designated place within refinery complex upto a lead of 100m as per instructions of EIC.
8	Supply of tractor with trolley along with six nos of un-skilled labours for clearing the area, disposal of unserviceable materials, construction debris and other materials to the designatd place as directed by EIC. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all labours, tools , tackles, fuel cost etc complete
9	EARTHWORK IN EXCAVATIONinall types of soil ,includingsoft or hard murrum, but excluding soft and hard rock for depth upto 1.5m,including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated/sub-soil water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes,sewage pipes, electricunderground cables, etc.all complete as per the specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
10	Back filling the available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers for all depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
11	Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 part of cement, 4 part of fine aggregate (M sand) and 8 part of stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation below footing floor and raft and trenches using stone aggregate including watering, curing ramming with vibrator if necessary all labor and material complete ) as per direction of engineer in charge but excluding cost of form work
12	Providing and filling fine aggregate (M-sand) of approved quality in floor, foundation etc. in layer of 15 cm thickness including, watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete.
13	Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 fine aggregate (M sand), 3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, curing, consolidating with vibrator etc. complete as per instruction of engineer in charge excluding cost of shuttering and fabrication of reinforcement.
14	Providing and fixing precast slabs beams with RCC 1:1:5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 fine aggregate (M sand), 3 stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size including cleaning, fixing, lifting and placing in position, necessary shuttering, finishing, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement.
15	Supplying and placing in position MS reinforcement (plain round bars) and/or Tor steel for RCC work including transporting the steel to site of work, straightening, cleaning & removing oil grease if any, cutting, bending to required shapes & lengths as per details, binding with contractor"s own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every inter-section, supplying & placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, overlaps, welding, spacers fan hooks etc. for all heights & depths etc. all complete as directed.
16	Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY with bricks ofClass 5.0 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement and 4 fine aggregate (M sand)) for all depths including the cost of materials, labour,tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, finishing the joints flush below ground level , curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17	Providing and laying HALF BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 fine aggregate (M Sand)) for all depths and heightsincluding cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, sampling, testing, supplying and placing 2 no. 6 mm dia. diarebars at every third course, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of the beam / slab, embedding the fittings and fixtures, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of Reinforcement shall be paid seperately under relevant items.
18	Providing 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4fine aggregate) on walls / concrete surfaces including cleaning, hacking of concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., for all heights.
19	Providing 12 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4fine aggregate) on walls / concrete surfaces including cleaning, hacking of concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., for all heights.
20	Supply and application of water resistant white cement based putty on interior surface after thorough cleaning as per manufacturer specification of make Birla / JK of maximum thickness 1.5 mm in all heights. Rate includes erection of scaffolding / movable safety harness like parapet anchor, all tools, materials and labor etc.
21	Supplying and applying 2 coats of interior emulsion paint of superior grade of brands like Asian paints, Dulux, Berger over a single coat of primer with all accessories to reach all heights, tools , tackles, labours etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer- In-Charge
22	Providing & applying wall painting in exterior surfaces:Scope includes Surface preparation by water jetting and sander. filling of holes / cracks with putty, supply and application of single coat of wall primer(modified acrylic, water-based alkali resistantprimer-cum-sealer with silicone additives ) and two coats of exterior emulsion of make Asian or approved equivalent (water based, modified acrylic, exterior with silicon additives) in all heights. Rate includes erection of scaffolding / movable safety harness like parapet anchor, all tools, materials and labor, covering all important structures with sheets and tapes andcleaning of all surrounding areas that got affected during the course of cleaning/painting.
23	Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, made with 40mm dia, MS tube at 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes, joining ith cup and lock system with MS tubes, MS tubes challies, MS clamps and MS staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform and maintaining it serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the buiding etc wherever required for inspection at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per the specifications and directions of Engineer- In- Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for the payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
24	Laminated wooden flooring: Providing and fixing 10mm thick laminated wooden flooring with surface finish of embossed in register for EIR and hand sculpted for HS, classification of use 32/33 with a surface abrasion resistance of class AC-4 (average 4550cycles), impact resistance of 9N, reisstance to cigratte burn with rating of 4 (EN438-2:05), swelling after 24hrs in water of 8.22%, modulus of rupture of 53.3 N/sqmm, internal bond 1.78 N/sqmm, surface soundness 2N/sq.mm (EN 13329:2000) with 0.2mm thcik wear layer on top of a high density fibre substrate core (density@ 948.3 kgs/cum) of plank size 1214mm x 141.5mm having locking arrangement (lock strength >670lbs/ft) with an underlaymwnt made of natural colour foam, with accessoies like end profile, transition profile etc complete. It is important to ensure the sub- floor on which the laminate is beling laid is smooth , flat, hard and free from moisture, grease etc. In case of uneven sub floor the same should be levelled by self levelling compound. the moisture level present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before the installation of the floor. The laminate shall have Armalock lockign system, It is recommended to use a water barrier of minimum 250 microns and 2mm polyethylene foam under the planks. the installation shall be undertaken as per the maufacturer"s installation instructions. The work should be carried out as per the patterns/ designs and instructions by Engineer-In-Charge. The rate to include the cost of all leads, lifts, wastages, tools and plants etc complete.
25	Providing and fixing in position partition with 50mm x 50mm x 1.5mm aluminium framework on both directions horizontally and vertically at not more than 600mm c/c fixed to line and plumb, ready to receive panelling over it. The framework alternative vertical member of frame work to touch the true ceiling height from the finished floor level and fixed rigidly to the ceiling, flooring, walls or partitions. cost of partition shall be exclusive of skin and inclusive of necessary additional bracing of the frames at the slab level for stability and making necessary cutouts for electrical / data and other service outlets and also for passing through ducts, cable trays and other service requirements. The frame work shall be finished with marine plywood of 12mm thick on both sides with screws/ fasteners. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of making openings wherever necessary and finished with 4mm thick veneer fixed with adhesive etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
26	Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board false ceiling confirming to IS:2095 (Part-1) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification mark) at all heights including providing and fixing framework madeo of special sections, power pressed from MS sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 amd consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 2510x0.5mm of required length with nuts and bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the spacing of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5mm , at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre with 25mm longdry wall screws @ 230mm interval including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screw of size 3.5x 25mm at 230mm c/c. including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommeneded jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150mm on both sides of the joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturers"s specifications and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, projector, diffusers, with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all completed as per specifications and directions of Engineer- In-Charge
