Survey,Investigation,Soil testing,Planning,construction,Commissioning etc as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevent latest I.S.codes and approved by the Engineer as per condition of the bid documents.The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be vetted by any IIT institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer,on contractor,s cost :- Construction of over head tank capacity of 20 KL & 15 Mtr staging as per mentioned in Tender notice .Supply of all materials Labour T&P etc complete and construction of RCC-M20 Grade (1:1.5:3) with main components ,Instruments & SCADA,wireless telemetry (voice & data) including cost of soil testing .All components of OHT will be casted in M20 concrete with cement and coarse sand of approved FM and approved stone gritt as per IS 11682 and IS 456. Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as IS 1893 for earthquake resistance and IS 875 part-III for wind load on structure (this area is in sesmic Zone III and high damage risk zone for wind) Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape along with an RCC cover of requried thickness hight of pillar of the ventilator should be minimum 50cm .The space between top dome and RCC cover should be covered with mosquito net of standard quality along with expanded metaled jali.The water level indicator board scale made of 3 mm thick MSplate should have a clear width of minimum 25cm painted with approved brand of enamel paint it should also consist of 3 mm brass suitable pointer of brass wire rope minimum 4 smooth pulleys about 8 cm dia guides ,15 cm dia copper ball float which shall be completly wate tight suitable poiter brass etc.Over tank should have with R.C.C. stairs case and 1m. Wide balcony G.I. pipe railing containing three rows of 15mm G.I. pipe and angle iron posts around balcony and at the dome periphery level M.S. ladder from balcony to top of the tank and inside the tank. Supplying and fixing water tight manhole cover with locking device, lightening conductor and finished with three coat of waterproofing cement paint and MS Structure member should have painted with enamel paint of approved brand after finishing the GL in cicular shape of overhead tank appron including drain of 15cm x15 cmthe base concrete should be of 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand of approved FM:40MM stone ballast) and cement concrete flooring of 25 mm thick including glass stripof 22 mm x 4 mm thick and also brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar finished with 20 mm thick plaster dado type as per direction of E/I.The water supply inlet and outlet system should as per following system:-1. Inlet-40mm G.I. Pipe ISI Class-B. 2. Outlet-65mm G.I. Pipe Class-B ISI Mark 3. Wash out- 40 mm G.I. Pipe Class-B ISI mark 4. Over Flow 65mm G.I. Pipe Class-B ISI Mark.5. C.I. Sluice valve with chamber of requiried size in each pipes also including valves, specials fittings all materials and labour etc. complete for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I.
