Supply Installation and commissioning of 42 Inch diameter GPS based single faced drum clock.Specification given below:- Structure of clock drum & dial:- The drum shall be made in galvanized iron framework in 36 inch and width about 6 inch. The dial is made in 6 mm thickness cast acrylic milky white importedmaterial (translucent for night view) sheet 3 feet 6 Inch diameter skeleton design and indices are made in vinylsticker black colour are paste on the dial. CONTROLLER:- Stainless steel encased microprocessor based GPSmaster clock (controlling) Units (with RTC backup for timing in case of signal getting cut) works on 220-230VAC+/- 10% stable power supply. Automatic battery backup by external 12 Volt (maintenance free) battery morethan 12 hours in case power failure. The clock will automatically charge battery and sets the time if stopped dueto lack of power beyond limit of battery back Up when the power is resumed.GPS is the most accurate timecode in the world and gets it timing from the atomic clocks in the orbiting Satellites. SLAVE MOVEMENT:-Double stepper motor (Hybrid motor for hour and minute hand drive brass & stainless steel Movement(mechanisms),encased in stainless steel casing will drive the hands. All the components are made from SS 304& 316 grade and gun metal. Clock movements will automatically reset both the hands in every 12 hours to theGPS accuracy (to the minimise maintenance & maintain accurate time always). They are fitted with hybriddouble stepper motor driven movements (mechanisms) and are provided with double Hall effect Sensor (hourand minute hand) and GPS time counter. CLOCK HANDS:- Clock hands hour and minute are made ofAluminium sheet metal with dynamically balanced and polyurethane painted to black. COMMUNICATIONCABLE:- 25 feet length of cable will be given to communicate data from controller to slave movement. BACKLITFOR NIGHT VIEW:- Lighting inside the drum for the backlighting LED type will be provided and with self operatedby the controller time to time. This clock should also be capable to be controlled by mobile Phone.
