Repair Scope Includes Disconnection Of The Fitting And Accessories As Per Site Requirements, Cleaning, Replacing Damaged Parts And Assembling Back, Refixing / Reconnecting And Servicing Of All Lamps In The Fitting. Allmaterials Required For Work Will Be Supplied By Fact. 4 Servicing Of Lighting Fixtures Of Various Types And Ratings Without Control Gear Fitted On Ceiling / Wall Reachable Up To A Height Of 6 M From The Standing Floor / Rack. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacing Damaged Components Such As Lamp, Holder, Fuse Etc., And Rectification Of Wiring Faults And / Or Replacing The Damaged Lighting Fixture With A Similar One, If Repair Of Components Is Not Feasible. All Materials Required For Work Will Be Supplied By Fact. 5 Servicing Of Lighting Fixtures Of Various Types And Ratings With Control Gear Fitted On Ceiling / Wall Reachable Up To A Height Of 6 M From The Standing Floor / Rack. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacing Damaged Components Such As Lamp, Holder, Igniter, Choke, Capacitor, Fuse Etc., And Rectification Of Wiring Faults And / Or Replacing The Damaged Lighting Fixture / Control Gear Unit With A Similar One, If Repair Of Components Is Not Feasible. All Materials Required For Work Will Be Supplied By Fact. 6 Servicing Of High-Bay Lighting Fixtures Of Various Types And Ratings ( With Or Without Control Gear ) Fitted On Ceiling / Wall Reachable At A Height Of 6 M Or Above From The Standing Floor / Rack. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacing Damaged Components Such As Lamp, Holder, Igniter, Choke, Capacitor, Fuse Etc., And Rectification Of Wiring Faults And / Or Replacing The Damaged Lighting Fixture / Control Gear Unit With A Similar One, If Repair Of Components Is Not Feasible. All Materials Required For Work Will Be Supplied By Fact. Crane Facility Will Not Be Available And Hence Use Of Appropriate Ladder Will Have To Be Resorted To For Attending To The Work. The Replacedcomponents Shall Be Returned To Fact. 7 Servicing Of Street Lights / Tower Lights Of Various Types And Ratings ( With Integrated / Separate Control Gear ) Fitted On Lighting Posts / Towers Reachable At A Height Of 9 M Or Above From The Standing Floor. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacing Damaged Components Such As Lamp, Holder, Igniter, Choke, Capacitor, Fuse Etc., And Rectification Of Wiring Faults And / Or Replacing The Damaged Lighting Fixture / Control Gear Unit With A Similar One, If Repair Of Components Is Not Feasible.The Rate Quoted Shall Be For Repairing Of All Lamps In Each Fitting ( I.E.A Double Lamp Fitting Will Be Considered As Repaired Only If Both The Lamps Are Working After Repair ) . Wall Openings For Cable Crossing And Sealing The Openings With Cement After Taking The Cables Through The Openings Shall Also Be In The Scope Of The Contractor Without Any Extra Cost. All Materials Required For The Work Will Be Supplied By The Company As Free Issue. 12 Transporting Of Ac Sets ( Split And Window Type ) , Water Coolers, Deep Freezers, Bottle Coolers Etc. Inside The Company Premises. Hand Cart For Transporting Ac Sets And Fork Lift For Transporting Watercoolers Will Be Provided By Fact Free Of Cost. 13 Excavation Of Soil For Burying Cables. The Scope Of Work Includes Backfilling Of The Trench After Putting A Layer Of River Sand / Quarry Sand And Placing Bricks Over The Cable. Cables Shall Be Laid Directly In The Excavated Trench On The Sand Bed. Separate Rate Will Be Applicable For Laying Of The Cable. All Materials Required Will Be Issued By Fact As Free Issue. 14 Cutting Concrete / Tar Road, Laying Pipe Of Suitable Diameter, Back Filling And Concreting The Cut Portion Ofthe Road Back To Normal Condition. Gi Pipe And Materials Required For Concreting Will Be Supplied By Fact. 15 Charges For Providing Services Such As Transporting And Rearranging Of Electrical Equipment’S / Items, Sorting, Re Rolling & Shifting Of Cables, Cleaning Of Power Control Centres, Transformers, Electrical Equipment’S, Rearranging Of Electrical Store Rooms, Assisting Departmental Craftsmen In Electrical Maintenance Works, Re-Clamping Of Detached Cables In Cable Trays Etc., On 8 Hours Shift Basis ( Unskilled / Semi-Skilled Labour Supply ) As Directedby Engineer In Charge. 16 Charges For Supplying Skilled And Experienced Craftsmen Having Qualification Of Iti / Diploma / Valid Wireman License In Electrical Engineering Issued From Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board To Carry Out Electrical Works On 8 Hour Shift Basis As Directed By Engineer In Charge. 17 Retrofitting And Servicing Of Led Flameproof Well Glass Fitting After Disconnection And Removal Of Existing Hpmv Well Glass Fitting Mounted At A Height More Than 5 Meters On Street Light Poles / Compound Walls / Building Walls / Parapets / Structures / Roof Etc.Scope Of Work Also Includes Necessary Wiring Modification In Control Gear For Changeover From Hpmv To Led And Strengthening Of Mounting Brackets If Required, Cable Glanding And Terminations Etc.
