Procurement Of Loading Unit Assembly Of 8.5E9 Coal Mill Of Unit#5 , Btps. , Loading Unit Assembly Of 8.5E9 Coal Mill Of Unit#5 , Btps. , Complete Loading Unit Assembly # With Support Bracket But Without Cylinder And Corresponding Support Bracket For 8.5 E 9 Coal Mill Additional Data: 1 ) Internal Lever ( Material: - Cast Steel, Is-1030, Gr.: 30-57 ) Material Must Be Heat Treated & Ultra-Sonic Tested. 2 ) External Lever ( Material: - Cast Steel, Is-1030, Gr.: 30-57 ) Material Must Be Heat Treated & Ultra-Sonic Tested. 3 ) Support Bracket : Not Require 4 ) Shaft ( Material:- Forged Steel # Is- 1875, Cl-2 ) Material Must Be Heat Treated, Normalized & Ultrasonic Tested. 5 ) Air Seal Housing ( Material:- Cast Steel ) 6 ) Loading Unit Housing ( Material: Bq Plate, Is # 2002 ) 7 ) Outer & Inner End Washer ( Material:- En 8 ) 8 ) Compression Washer ( Material # En 8 ) 9 ) Walker Seal & Thrust Pad ( Material # Neoprene Rubber ) Each Loading Unit Shaft And Each External And Internal Leaver Are To Be Ultra-Sonic Tested And Each Lever ( External & Internal ) Is To Be Checked For Hardness Up To 300 Bhn, In Presence Of Representatives Of Supplier & Inspecting Engineer. Pmi Test, Ultrasonic Test On Selective Areas Of Each Lever Are To Be Done In Presence Of Our Inspecting Engineer Before Dispatch. Final Assembly Is To Be Done After Getting Clearance From Inspecting Engineer. Anti-Rust Paint Shall Be Used For Painting. All Fasteners Used Shall Be Of Gr. 8.8 Of Tvs / Unbreako Make. N.B:- 1.
