Objectives of the Assignments.i. To sensitize Community, Officials and Volunteers on \"Vajrapat Suraksha\" and safety measures.ii. To motivate Direct and Voluntarily participation of key stakeholders in activities that would help building towards a disaster resilient environment in Community.iii. To promote capacity building of Community and Officials in 03 major lightning affected districts. Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Prayagraj.iv. To cover all 45 Blocks of Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Prayagraj. (List is attached as annexure)v. To cover all 637 Gram Panchayats of district Sonbhadra.Project Implementation Strategy.The \"Vajrapat Suraksha Karyakram : Awareness Programme\"aims to attain the above mentioned objectives by conducting the following activities.i. One day District level workshops on Vajrapat Suraksha in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Prayagraj. 02 workshops in each district i.e. total 06 workshops.ii. One day Block Level workshop in all 45 Blocks of above mentioned 03 districts. Total 45 workshopsiii. 637 Gram Panchayat level workshops in gram panchayats of district Sonbhadra. Duration is 01 day.iv. The District Level and Block Level workshops should be conducted in training hall with facilities such as seating capacity, projector, mike, speaker etc. v. Agency would provide lunch and tea to all participants.vi. Photography of the training would be done by the agency.The detailed scope of work and responsibilities of the working agency are explained further in this document.
