The pump motor shall be VFD dutyand its power should be at least +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15%of the duty point head. The motor/motors as per IS 12615 : 2011 with up to date amendments. The scope shall also includenecessary piping for suction, delivery & common header and eletro-magnetic flowmeter,along with electrical works including indoor & outdoorHT/LT switchboards/ PCC, Soft Starter Cubicle(VFD) with suitable bypass arrangement, HT/LT Cabling system complete with end terminations, cable trays & accessories, Earthing system with maintenance free earth electrodes, 415/ 230V small power distribution boards, local push button stations, Junction Boxes, Power/ Welding receptacles and its associated wiring/ cabling etc.as per requirement of following pumping machinery; Complete workinclusive of all taxes, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores / site, stacking, etc.including specials and wastage etc. It shall include providing and fixing of C.I/C.S Sluice valves of approved make and appropriate class to resist the design pressure andcomplete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge.
