Overhauling of 4.5 KL centrifuging machine the work involve replacement of gasket /O-ring from the system, removal of old filter cartridges from the system. Cleaning it properly and refitting of new 14 Nos. filter checking of heater/heater circuits and setting as standard condition including replacement of parts etc. replacement of defecting wiring, fixing of loosened contractor / burnt switches etc. Testing the complete machine for proper function as per technical specification.

Filling the new oil in vacuum / rotatry pump after draining of old dirty oil from vaccum /rotatry

Repairing and painting of outer body of machine with one coat of red oxide and two coat of smoke grey paint.
