Name of Work: Design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing, transportation, documentation and supply of the HV CAPACITOR BANK AND APFC PANELto be installed at Numaligarh Refinery Limited(NRL),Assam including Erection & Commissioning Spares, Mandatory Spares , Special Tools and tackles, Supervision & Training charges at site as per the enclosed Tender standard specifications, Job specification, data sheets etc. and other codes and standards attached or referred as per Material Requisition for Numailgarh Refinery Limited, Golaghat, Assam, India.

The APFC Panel shall be communicable with the substation Electrical Control System (ECS) as per details attached herein.

4	TRANSPORTATION: Lumpsum Inland transportationby road of all supplies from Vendor’s works / shop to Project site, Numaligarh Refinery, Golaghat, Asaam/ Rail Transportation up to NMGS/Numaligarh Refinery Project Siding.( Excluding GST)
5	Post Warranty Annual Maintenance(For First (1st) year after expiry of warranty /defect liability period) : PWAMC visits through OEM for 3 years after the completion of the warranty /defect liability period as per details mentioned in MR. Bidder to consider minimum 2 visits per year, for further detail refer to MR Document.
6	Post Warranty Annual Maintenance(For Second (2nd) year after expiry of warranty /defect liability period) : PWAMC visits through OEM for 3 years after the completion of the warranty /defect liability period as per details mentioned in MR. Bidder to consider minimum 2 visits per year, for further detail refer to MR Document.
7	Post Warranty Annual Maintenance(For Third (3rd) year after expiry of warranty /defect liability period) : PWAMC visits through OEM for 3 years after the completion of the warranty /defect liability period as per details mentioned in MR.
