Name of Work: Repair Replacement Maintenance external HT network including HT equipment and allied works at Mil Stn Suranussi under GE Kapurthala

1	Supply only new insulating transformer oiland filling after dehydration of transformeroil to obtain di-electric strengthnot less than 50 KV at 4 mm gap , conforming to IS-335, filling in repaired transformer or for topping up of transformers installed at site complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-In- Charge . Make of oil : Power oil/Savita/Indian Oil or equivalent.
2	Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil/ voltage stabilizer oil at site of installation for 11 KV, 433 step down transformer of any capacity and any make installed on poles/plinth mounted indoor/outdoor and obtaining di-electric strengthminimum 50 KV (r.m.s) with in 1 minute with 2.5 mm gapwith portable filtrationcum dehydration machine. Note :- (Testing of di-electric strengthof dehydrated transformer oilof each transformer /voltage stabilizer will be carried outin the presence of Engr-in-Charge.)
3	Disconnecting of HT/LT side connection of transformer afterdisconnecting electric supply opening/ disconnecting the foundation earth and neutral connection out side of the transformer and taking down the transformer any capacity up to 250 KVA from 2/4 polestructure including loading transportation and unloading to workshop/ factory drainning out transformer oil or site to avoid dust and moistureand back to yard/ site after repair complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) The rate quoted for this item deemed for lifting and shifting the transformer will be done by crane where ever posible to lift with crane
4	Opening of transformer cover and all other connected accessories taking out the transformer oil from tanktaking out core assembly disconnecting the core and taking out unserviceable HT/LT coil after opening/ dismantling allconnection inside the transformer capacity up to 250 KVA and reassembling the rewinding HT/LT coil and Transformer oil in original positionwith making alignment for smooth functioning the Transformer and replacement of burnt out LT/HT bush and gasket to avoid leakage of oil,refilling back oil into the transforme complete all as specified and directedNoteIi) Centrifuging of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately ii) Repair work of transformer shall be measured and paid seperaetely (iii).The transformwer rewinding work shall be carried out at certified renowned workshop/ company (iv) The all type of transformer tests shallbe carried out before installing the rewounded transformer in the presence of Engr-in-Charge.
5	Supply and fixing /winding fabricated DPC copper strip of suitable guage/size andrequired shape forrewinding of LT coil of transformer up to250 KVAincluding necessaryovening and insulationmaterial completeall as required an directed.
6	All as per above item No 5 but using copper wire of suitablesize/ guage and shape for rewinding of HT coil including necessary insulation material complete all as required and directed .
7	Supply only tap changer switch suitable for outdoor/indoor type for transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA, suitable for fixing on HV side tovary the voltage on LV side upto +7.5% in steps of 2.5% complete all as specified and directed.
8	S&F in replacement of unserviceable porcelainvitreous bushing of required size / shape (suitable for existing transformer ) for spindle of transformer of any capacity upto250 KVA 11KVoutdoor type siutable for HT side all as specified and directed.
9	Same as above but 11000 Volts grade suitable for HT side indoor type

27	Dismantling & taking down existing ACSR conductor of any size by opening the binding wire from HT electric poles complete all as specified.
28	Taking downcross arms, channels, angle iron, clamps, nut, bolts, stay wire, stay assembly, GI wire, anti climbing devices, danger notice boards etc complete al assoecified and directed .
29	Taking down old rusted GI pipe of any size from pole/trench complete all as specified.
30	Taking down insulators off size & type all as specified.
31	Supply and fixing and stringing in replacement ACSR conductor (weasal /Ferret /squirrel) on LT poles / service brackets including binding of conductor with aluminum binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
32	Supply and fixing MS cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending, cold or hot, drilling joles or bolt in any shape of size including 2 coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
33	Repairing, greasing and setting of GOD triple pole 11 KV 200/400 Amps complete with replacement of old unserviceable parts and setting alignment for its smooth operation including taking out old parts all as directed. Note :- New parts required for repiring shalll be measured & paid separately under relevant items as supply only.

61	M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal GL with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below the normal GL connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel and protected by 40mm GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) including GI wire meshed funnel and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate, coping shall be (1:3:6) type CI using 20mm stone aggregate with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) pit cover re-inforced with 8mm dia at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil of earth complete all as shown in electrical plate of SSR Part I and as specified including charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing of earthing on completion. NOTE 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip 32X6mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
62	Material and labourfor Prunning of tree branches of any sizes and dia,not less than 2 Mtr around the LT /HT OH line which obstructing the power supply/ maintenance of electric supply as well as illumination in area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor, GI wire and jumpers and disposed exc 50 mtr away clearing area complete testing of line all as directed. (Note : (i) Rate quoted inclusive are repair to damage work in item(ii) Each Span approx 30-40 Mtr).
63	Taking down HT switch gear (Vacuum circuit breaker)of capacity 630 to 800 Amps, 11 KV upto 350 MVA of make - Crompton/ Siemens inlcuding, overhauling,repairs servicing and refixing the same to its original position after repairs, overhauling carried out through OEM and comprising of the following:- (a) Tripping off the breaker, isolating the breaker with handle, disconnecting breaker control socket and pulling out the breaker complete from the panel along with the trolley for servicing/ inspection/ overhauling. (b) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of automatic safety shutter operation for serviceability with electrical inter locking/indication limit switches and replacement of required spares as directed by Eng-in- charge. (c) Servicing/Inspecting/checking of circuit & bus spout and circuit & bus spout connections for RYB phases, applying petroleum jelly on spouts, applying one coat of insulation paint on spout insulation (d) Dismantling and checking of cross bar assembly, fixed contacts and current carrying parts of the breaker, trolley, insulated assembly and checking lamination with clamps, epoxy spout, isolator assembly etc.(e) Setting, reassembling, cleaning, adjustment of fixed contacts, chamber baffle pot assembly, moving contact for proper setting of auxiliary contacts operating mechanism.(f)Servicing/inspecting/checking of secondary scokets/bus bar earthing plugs/earthing sockets and replacement of spares if required. (g)Checking/setting and adjustments of services and isolate operation of the breaker trolley. (h)Lubrication and greasing of all moving parts of the trolley, stopper bot for proper operating and closing of shutter gear, isolation resistance of Vaccum interruptor assembly. (j)Dismantling the complete cable chamber, decrabuzing chamber inspecting cable earthing.Decrabonizing/cleaning the complet. (k) HT 11 KV 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel and inspecting the bus bar insulators, applying one coat of epoxy insulation paint on insulators, CTs PT bushings, cablechambers and if flash has been happended testing IR value. (Note :- New parts required for repiring shalll be measured & paid separately under relevant items as supply only) .
