    Supply of Vacuum dehydration unit for hydraulic oil with following specifications: - Discharge pump details:- 1. Nominal flow rate: 40 litres/min 2. Operating pressure: 1 to 1.5kg/sq.cm 3. Motor power: 1hp, 1440RPM, 3phase Vacuum chamber capacity: 50 litres Operating vacuum: 750mm Hg Vacuum pump details:- 1. Capacity: 100litres/min 2. Motor power: 1/2hp, 1440RPM, 3phase Electrical supply: 415V, 3phase, 50Hz Heater type: Low watt density heater Heater load: 6kW, 415VAC, 50Hz Control panel: PLC control Duty condition: Continuous. Hose pipes for inlet and outlet should be 5mtrs each. Unit should be provided with 4nos of swivel castor wheels. Material of construction: Carbon steel for piping, heater chamber, vacuum chamber. External paint:- Synthetic enamel. Internal paint:- Epoxy.
