All Inclusive Servicing and Overhauling of Bry-Air Dehumidifier ModelNo : FFB 600 (15 NOS)comprising of the following :SERVICING : a) Checking the motors and starter/contactors..b) Checking the operation & proper functioning of controls. c) Checking up bed speed and bed drive. d) Inspecting and cleaning the air filters. e) Lubricating the bearings of motors, fans etc.f) Inspection of \"Reactivation\" side \"Regeneration Heat Source. \"g) Inspection of all Seals.h) Inspection of reduction Gear Unit, Sprocket wheel &adjustment of sprocket Chain.i) Inspection of flexible connection of \"Process & Reactivation\" fans from unit. j) Checking of air pressure balancing & air flow of the system/unit. k) Checking the plant performance.l) Checking of all other components furnished with the unit and their appropriate functioning as per system design.Note: (i) The contractor shall execute the above work through OEM ie M/S BRY AIR DEHUMIDIFIERONLY

(ii)The contractor should arrange for inspection and servicing of the plant as detailed above under SERVICING section,4 times in a year and one of these visits to be the \"Overhauling\" visit by Service Engineer of OEM& shall include the activities listed under the section OVERHAULINGBelow :

OVERHAULING:

a) Checking and inspection of Bed(s), bed screen.b) Checking and inspection of bed seal, centre divider seal & radius and seal for each unit. c) Greasing/lubricating of all motors, drivers, bearing etc. d) Checking and inspection impellers of \"Reactivation\" fans as well as \"process\" fan .e) Overhauling of the bed drive gear reduction unit. f) Checking of associate dust work for air vapour tightness.. g) Detailed check of the air pressure balancing of the system/unit. h) Detailed check of the performance of the system/unit.

Note: i) The contractor should attend service call for trouble diagnosis/Break down of the unit within 24 business hours. ii) The contracor is liable to replace every unserviceable parts of the Dehumidifier except Desiccant Rotor and Seal Group.The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the above provisions

Fixing the testing coupen to find out the contamination level in the GAS Phase Filteration System fitted rooms and submit the report to Engineer-in-charge all complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SERVICING : a) Checking the process motors. b) Checking the starter/contactors.c) Checking the operation & proper functioning of controls.d) Inspecting and cleaning the air filters. e) Checking of all other components furnished with the unit and their appropriate functioning as per system design. Note: The contractor should arrange for inspection and servicing of the plantas detailed above under SERVICING section,4 times in a year and \"n\" number of breakdown calls on FOC basis,if occurs. The arrangements will also include for one of these visits to be the \"Overhauling\" visit by our Service Engineer & shall include the activities listed under the section OVERHAULING. Below

OVERHAULING:a) Checking and inspection of media filter . b) Checking and inspection of media filter seal for each unit.c) Checking and inspecting impellers of \"process\" fan. d) Checking of associate dust work for air vapour tightness. e) Performance of the system/unit.f) Chemical Filter Sampling(Once in a year). Note: i) The contractor should attend to service call for trouble diagnosis/Break down of the unit within 24 business hours. ii) The contracor is liable to replace every unserviceable parts of the Gas Phase Filteration System except Chemical filters.iii)If contractor fails to attend the repair work within first 24 buisiness hours then he has to pay a penalty of Rs. 2000 for the next day (24 hour) and in multiples for subsequent days.
