| 3 | Replacement/installation of above ACB s per the details of work below:- A Dismantling of the existing ACBs from the panel chamber after disconnecting all the mounting, cable connections, bus bar connections/ joints, control convections and other works to discharge the ACBs completely. Proper cleaning of the panel chambers after removing of the ACBs from the chambers. B. Installation of the new ACBs complete in the chambers along with providing required mounting accessories/material and carrying out complete fixing work as per site requirement. C. Making the required Bus Bar connections from the main Bus Bar to the new ACBs including replacing defected bus bar links if any as per requirement, making joints etc. with nut bolts and providing all the material AS PER SITE REQUREMENT.D. Making the required outgoing connections from the ACBs to the motor/pumps by connecting cables including replacing defected bus barlinks if any as per requirement and providing required nut bolts, making joints etc. And providing all the material as per site requirement. E. Repairing of the ACB chamber door for ACB operation as per requirement. |
| 4 | Configuration control wiring of the new ACB as per details below:- a)Fixing of UVT and restoration of wiring of ACBs as per site requirement. b) Making the configuration for the ACBs for setting up of tripping range and other calibrations etc. of microprocessor trip units as per the load and as per site requirement. |
| 5 | Renovation of control system of the new and existing ACBs as below:- a)Dismantling the old fuse bases from Metering chambers of the incomer ACBs and out going ACBs for the motor supply and removing the control wiring as per requirement.b) Providing and fixing of the new MCBs to replace fuse bases with required mounting accessories and making required wiring connections. c) checking of the control connections after above work as per requirement at site. |
| 6 | Reconditioning the existing ACBs & motor supply system as per details below;-a) Checking tightening ofbus bars connections to the ACBs as per site requirement. b) Replacement of defected metering / indicating instruments of the incomers.c) Cleaning of all the chambers of the panel including dust blowing etc as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Testing and commissioning charges for the new ACBs and completer motor starting system after above works including testing for the functioning as per site requirement. |
