| 2 | Liaisoning services for getting license from PESO:Consultant shall provide all specific & necessary requirements of PESO against documentation in details to AGCL to obtain drawings and documents. Review/ check the same for any discrepancy as per PESO requirements for final submission. Consultant shall upload all the Documents along with forms and formats to PESO within 7 working days for Approval after receipt of data from AGCL. Acknowledgement of Acceptance of Documents or comments if any shall be provided to AGCL within 21 working days from submission date. In case of any discrepancy in drawings or documents is still observed by PESO, Consultant shall notify the same to AGCL for necessary corrections / modifications, collect revised documents and submit the same to PESO offices within 7 working days. Final PESO Licence/ NOC shall be submitted in original immedialtely upon receipt from PESO.Notes:1) All statutory fees shall be in Bidder scope.2) Acknowledgements wherever applicable shall be obtained and handed over to AGCL for records.3) Bidder to hand over originals of all approvals to AGCL immediately upon receipt from PESO and obtain acknowledgement from AGCL.4) List of 11 nos. of Pipelines arementioned in the Scope of Work. |
| 3 | LIAISON- DURING SITE VISIT OF PESO OFFICIAL (IF REQUIRED) |
| 4 | Facilitation of PESO officials for any site visit (if required) including Liaisoning, arrangement of all meetings, transportation , lodging and boarding etc. all cost included which are required for successful visit of PESO Official.Notes:1) All movement from AGCL Office to AGCL Sites to PESO Offices or any other area shall be in the scope of Bidder. Any travelling, lodging/ boarding for Liaisoning activity shall be in the bidder scope.2) Any visit requested by PESO officials to site shall be arranged and Borne by Bidder. |
