Any lossto the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor,which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his on cost in all cases.ncluding haulaging/ carriage of all labours, equipments and materials to various locations through all mode of transportations in all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer- in - Charge. |
