The Lot Will Be Sold On As Is Where Is Basis , 2. Only Main 250 Kva General Generator Set Have Been Included In The Offer And Will Delivered To The Purchaser If Sold, 3. Cutting Allowed If Justified And Required For Loading And Delivery Purpose. Purchaser Shall Ensure That Dismantling / Cutting Work Does Not Affect Or Endanger Safety , Life And Railway Property In Near Vicinity 4. Any Loss / Damage That May Arise During Dismantling / Cutting Work Due To Accident Etc, Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances, 5. Digging Not Allowed, 6. Purchaser Has To Make His Own Arrangement For Lifting And Taking Delivery Of The Lot .
