Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1 km (by mechanical means).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushedgradedaggregates and Granular material, premixed with water in mechanical wet mix plant of 75 ton capacity, carriage of mix material to site by tipper, laying to two uniform layers having compacted avg. thickness of 75mm each with motor grader of adequate capacity its, blade having hydraulic control suitable for adjustment or with paver finisher in sub base/ base course on well prepared sub grade and compacting with vibratory roller (80 - 100 KN) to achieve the desired density and alid to lines, grades and cross sections as approved by engineer-in charges as per MORT&H specifications complete including filling of ruts / dips in the sub grade with the same material and all sort to taxes including all leads lifts carriage complete (quantity for filling of ruts and dips will not be measured and paid for separately) (Including all leads Lifts and Carriage Complete Job)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications.On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.(Including all leads Lifts and Carriage Complete Job)

Providingandlayingof 25mm thick open graded premix carpetwith specified graded stone aggregatesfor wearing courseincluding loading of aggregateswith FE loader and hot mixing of bitumen with filler and stone aggregates in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippersto paver atsite of work and laying the mixed material with mechanical paver finisher to the required level and grade,rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density andcompactionincluding cost of priming coat/ tack coat , on bitumen surfaceand finally finish the surface with seal coat( Bitumen used shall be VG-30 and grading of mix shall be as per the relevant clause of MORT&H) All completeincluding cost of bitumen and all sort of Taxes (Including all leads Lifts and Carriage Complete Job)
