5Taking up/down and removing the corroded GI/PPR pipeline from trenches of size 63/32/25mm dia complete all asdirected.
6Taking up CI/DI water mains 110/100 mm dia (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed
7Fixing only 100/110 mm bore of steel tubing/PPR obtained from item Sl No 6 here-in-beforeincluding provision of heavy duty ISI markednew GI fittings (Such as socket/ elbow/ Tee/ union/ reducer/ nipple/ flange etc)to wall/flooring /ceiling etc or laid in trenches all as specified.
8Taking down existing sluice valve 100/80 mm any type and any size and removing to MES store yard or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron (DI) pipes 100 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 as per IS:8329-2000and other relevant standardsincluding material and labour for push on EPDM/SBR Rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.(Note :- DI fittings and earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)
10Material and labour for DI fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tees, Branch (Single or double branch), connecting pieces etc., any type and angle/ radius etc., confirming to IS 9523-2000 for DI Pipe upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed
11M & L for 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes 110 mm dia outer dia ,SDR 7.4 (PN-16) pipes UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including fittings PP-R plain & brass threaded type polypropylene random fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

18S & F in repair for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
19M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 900 mm X 900 mm X 900 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works & three coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing, by trenchless technology using latest boring technique and necessary machinecomplete all as specified and as directed.
21S& F for cutting of CI/DI pipe 100 mm dia carefullyfor new connectionof distribution in positioninserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc;complete all as specified and as directed.Note: necessary fitting for insertion of hole in DI pipe is incld in the above item no extra cost will be paid.
22Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
23Designing, supply, install, testing commissioning iron removal pressure feed type filtration plant 20,000 GPD at Phulbari garrison to withstand to pressure 5.5 Kg/Sqcm with catalytic and filtration media (as required size and grade/mesh to obtain potable water recommended parameters) including MS frontal pipe(duly welded),cocks, butterfly valves (inlet, outlet, back wash, rinse and bypass complete as per manufacture"s instruction) provision of man hole, hand hole strainer including air vent system, coagulant feeder with accessories, PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation and connected to rising and delievery system including painting and writing complete with hypo dosing system having 2 nos. pump of 1 LPH electronic type and 50 ltr PVC tank,brief desction of plant given below.
