2Providing, laying, spreading and compacting greded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site. Laying in uniform layers in sub-base course on a well prepared underbase and compacting with power vibratory rollar to achive the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricating and maintenance of diversion etc. (Presanctioned rate) grading I density 2.2 ton/cumgrading 53-22.40 mm @ 30 % , 22.40 - 4.75 mm @ 40% 2.36 mm and below @ 30 %
3Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 MM and disposal of scarified material with are lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause -301.4 MORD.
4Providing and applyingTack Coat VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor@ 0.30 Kg/ M2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P labour & all taxes complete as per MORTH&H specification No.503
5Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 60-90 TPH Batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours useing crushed aggregate of specified grading (25-10 mm 40%, 10-5 mm 40% , 5mm and below 20%) premixed with bituminous binder @3.3 % of mix and fillar using VG-30 bitumentransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No- 508 complete. in all respcts.
6Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading (9.50-4.75mm @ 57%, 4.75mm and below 41 %, Filler -2%)premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 % of mix and fillar usingVG-30 bitumentransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No- 508 complete. in all respcts.
