Name of Work: SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO- T-57 OR MESS (COOK HOUSE) UNDER DALHOUSIE CANTT.

1Taking down chaukhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each .
2Taking down chowkats with shutter n. exc 1.5 sqm each. (without taking of shutter from the frame) .
3S&F 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid straight chowkhats and frames, wrought framed and rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete.
4S&F 2nd class hard wood factory made, 40 mm thick plain, framed panelled shutters (any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (Feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers, fitterd to chowkhats.
5S&F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc with sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. Fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) , supplied and fitted to chowkats etc
6IInd class hard woodfactory made glazed and skelton shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauze etc (without sash bar) and fitted to chowkats, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred bead for securing glass,divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I section 8.24 (b) as in windows, ventilators.
7Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wood or wooden surfaces of any description over10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation(Make : Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Berger Paint, Asian Paints)
8Preparingpainted old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintwith pink primer and complete all as specified and directed.
9S & F M.S. Flat iron as in hold fast and similar small articles, cut to length, bent to shape, drilled hole and fixed with screw etc. conforming to Fe 410-0 or F 310-0 complete
10M&LPCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) as in hold fast.
11S&F in repair 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or beading etc in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane
12S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples etc all as specified.
13S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed.
14S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, stapple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy and fixed.
15S&F 150mm long aluminium handles cast type, anodised and fitted.
16S&F 100mm mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
17Dismantling plain or corrugated sheets of any description or thickness and gauge as in roof covering complete all as specified..
18S&F 0.50mm galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugationsside lap, fixedwith L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275all complete as specified and directed.
19S&F 0.8mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip & straight flashins (length and girth as fixed) having zinc coating @ 120 gm/sqm fixed with \"L\" type or \"J\" type or cranked hook bolt complete as directed.
20Preparation of new steel surfaces (such as CGI sheet, Window grill ,GI water tube, fencing post etc.) and applying two coat of syntheticenamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified.
21Preparation of old painted steel surfaces (such as CGI sheet, Window grill ,GI water tube, fencing post etc.) and applying two coat of syntheticenamel paint complete all as specified
22Demolition of brickwork or stone buolder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.
23M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B\" bricks (burnt bricks) , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified
24Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position for drain
25M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in surface channel and drains, complete all as spd.
26M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or drain channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred stopped ends etc complete all as speciied and directed.
27M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishingthe surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.
28Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc .including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc .
29M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 without using extra cement complete all as specified.
30M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified.
31M & L for Three coats white wash on wallson plastered surfaces as preparatory work on newly plastered surfaces.
32M & L for Three coats white wash on wallson Old plastered surfaces as preparatory work on Oldplastered surfaces.
33M & L for Three coats white wash on Ceilingson Old plastered surfaces as preparatory work on Oldplastered surfaces.
34Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

36Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc all as specified.
37Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( using20 mm crushed stone agg.) as in floor 40 mm thick as levelling course rough finish to receive top finishes all as specified to recd top finishing complete all as specified.
38M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 15mm thick for laying floor finishes etc all as specified.
39M & l for Machin cut kota Stone Slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab icluding rubbing and polishing complete.
40M&L for joint free non skid cereamic coloured tiles 7to 8mm thick (square/ rectangle) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n. exc.0.36sqm, in floor etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or .coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
41M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7/450/350/7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

43S & F in repair rotational moulded High Density Poly-Ethylene water storage tanks three layers of capacity 500 litre and conforming to IS, hoisted and fixed in position and removing the old one to store complete all as specified.

45Dismantling framed timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position
46Rolled sections as in Main and cross beams hip and jack rafters , Purlins where connected to commen rafters and guide for siding d, etc conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) quality B all as directed
47Preparation of newsteel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified
48Taking out existing tarfelt, any number of layers alongwith screed bed or bedding layer including cleaning the surfaces free from dust or srubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.
49M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) in padding to achieve proper slope in roof slabs.
50M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (using integral waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions) on roof slabs to slope, including edges of slab and vertical surfaces, finished evenly to receive waterproofing treatment.Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of work.
51Supply only approved integral water proofing compound, conforming to IS.
52M & L for filleting or coving in repairs exceeding 25 sq cm but not exceeding 50 sq cm in section, in any shape and in any position in cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 all as specified and directed including all mitres, stops, forms, moulds etc complete.
53M & L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg per sqm and applying APP modified bituminous membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sq m with non-woven polyester mat as reinforcementon plastered surfaces of roof and vertical surfaces of walls, edges of slabs etc. by torch method etc. complete all as specified.
54M & L for applying one coat of CHEMISTIK silver reflective coating @ 0.142 Kg/Sqm on the surface of APP modified bituminous membrane etc complete all as specified and directed.
55Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring of any type (light/fan/socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per sch of credit) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc.
