| 1 | (a) Assessing the structural stability of the building under consideration by visiting the site, inspecting the structure which includes taking photographs, manual inspection and Destructive /Non-Destructive testing (as per the requirement) of structural elements such as columns, beams, slabs, etc as per relevant IS Codes such as 15988-2013 etc and submitting the report of the above in duplicate copy. (b) Submitting the repair methodology for structural members in need of repair. This methodology shall contain the details of distresses faced by structure, method to be used for repair, material to be used, and process of application. The repair methodology and the design suggested are to be approved by IIT Delhi or other equivalent institution as approved by the competent authority. (c) Submitting the bill of quantity /schedule of work for tender of the work. (d) Supervising the strengthening /retrofitting work by the agency during execution of work. (e) Issuing the final stability certificate after completion of work. 1 |
