Load cells should be reputed in indigenous / imported make manufacturers test certificate in respect of all requirement specified in IS:9281 as amended on date be furnished Hermetically sealed (IP-68 protection class),Tool Steel, capacity of each load cell for 80MT capacity of FLWB will be 30MT or more, number of cells 6 Nos, insulation resistance-1000 mega ohms or more proper ingress and lighting protection as per India Standard & load cell should have as ant routable pin to restrict the movement of load cellcomplete fixed in position complete as per DNIT.(ii) Supplying and fixing junction box, protection class-IP65, and surge arresters providing within Cast Aluminum /Stain less steel, terminal on PCB mounted in side, junction Box, double compression type glands for entry complete as per DNIT.(iii) Supplying and fixing Interconnecting cables with 4 wire system with load cells, shields type approximately 10 meter in length to be laid in GI pipe complete as per DNIT.(iv) Supplying and fixing digital weight indicator, personal computer and printer (80 Dot) as per HSWC, specification complete as per DNIT.(v) Supplying and fixing UPS of make Microtek / TVSE /Tata /Libert/ APC /Nomeric / Einoval /Data vision of 500VA supported with 2 No of 130 AH of Exide / standard Amco make maintenance free batteries for 6 hrs in case of power failure as per HSWC specification complete as per DNIT.(vi) Supplying and fixing 2KVA rating servo transformer with input 1401 v- 280 v& out put 220±5% of reputed make complete as per DNIT.(vii) Supplying and fixing jumbo display unit at suitable place Outside cabin of weighbridge for clear viewing of drivers in day light or in darkness of character size 100 mm 5 digits, LED type complete as per DNIT.(viii) Stamping & testing charges complete as per DNIT.(ix) Dead test weight complete as per DNIT. |
