The rates will be on each vessel basis irrespective of quantity carried by vessel, number of days taken for discharge and number of ullage reports to be prepared. Unit rate includes all the activity perfomed by surveyor for discharging their duty in line with scope of work which is At Ship end:- Communication with ship Master/Cheif officer, communication with Shore IOC person, inspection and Gauging of vessel tanks, recording of statements of Facts, preparation of Ullage report (before and after), recording hourly discharge rate at ship and shore end and comparing same for any deviation, preparation of time sheet, preparation of Letter of Protest, calculation of Loss Gain. Shore end:- recording of reading before and after vessel discharge. preparation of Out turn report by allocating discharge quantity to all OMCs in ratio of disport allocation provided by IOC. preparation of stock report, preparation of loss/gain calculation. No other claims will be entertained by IOC on any account except unit rate given in this SOR. |
