Job includes providing and laying of copper pipes (approx. 85ft.) in place of damaged one. The job also includes repair to PCB-02Nos and replacement of burnt wiring of the units with new one with proper thimbling and taping. The job includes dismounting of the outdoor unit and shifting to workshop for dismantling the damaged compressor-01no by gas cutting and then fitting of new compressor in place of damaged one and shifting back to site. Job includes leak testing of the ACs-06Nos by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24Hrs, flushing the line and then vacuumising the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising, then plugging the leakages with the help of copper brazing then charging the compressor-06Nos with refrigerant. The job involves repairs to burnt condenser motor-01No by the way of dismounting it from the outdoor unit and dismantling then complete rewinding of condenser fan motor with proper copper conductor, P/F of motor bushes in place of damaged ones, welding of broken motor stand and fitting of repaired fan motor with frame in the unit. Job also includes checking and clearing blockage in the drainage system of the split ACs by the chemical cleaner, refitting the units and testing on full load. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, carriage, labour charges,taxes etc. |
| 2 | Complete servicing of the 04 Nos cassette air conditioners and repairs to 01 No cassette air conditioners of 2TR capacity installed in the Account section of GMC Jammu, by way of chemical cleaning of cooling coils of indoor & outdoor units of 04No ACs, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump for atleast 20 minutes and then spraying the fresh water on the coils till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned. Job includes repairs to 01No cassette AC installed in the office of CAO by the way of disconnecting the electrical connections then leak testing of the AC by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24Hrs, flushing the line and then vacuumising the refrigeration line with deep vacuumising, then plugging the leakages with the help of copper brazing then charging the compressor with refrigerant. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, carriage, labour charges, taxes etc. |

| 4 | Repair of Ceiling Suspended AHU-05no Installed in Library of GMC Jammu by way of dismantling all the electrical connection and making provision in ceiling to remove the motors (0.8hp) from the frame and sent motors to the workshop for rewinding-05Nos and then re-installing in AHU frame and checking for proper alignment before set into operation. Job also includes dismantling the damaged blower from the AHU with the help of proper tool and tackles and then repairs to blower impeller and motor shaft at workshop by way of depositing the material on the shaft and impeller hub, then resizing on the lathe machine and grinding for proper alignment and shifting back to the site. Job also includes providing and fitting of new motor/blower frame in place of damaged one. Job includes Job includes proper alignment and greasing of all the motors and blower for noise free. Job includes holding of butterfly valves and circulating of chemical descaler compound in chiller pipeline to clear the scale deposited in the pipeline and supplying of water through butterfly valves. Medical College, Jammu by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electric connections and dismantling of stabilizer by way of unfastening nuts & bolts of top cover. Job includes replacement of servo sensing card-03Nos, trigger transformer-06Nos, reversible synchronous motor-01No, RC network-03Nos, tower switch-03Nos, voltmeter-03Nos. The job includes replacement of burnt internal wiring with new one and proper thimbling & tapping. Making connections of voltage stabilizer on input and output side by connecting the cable. Job also includes servicing of bus-bar by way of providing and fitting of new thimbles in place of burnt/damaged by crimping tool then testing the stabilizer on full load. Reassembling of servo voltage stabilizer, making electrical connections and charging the stabilizer on no load for 6 hours then testing the stabilizer on full load.
