Dismantling of damaged panel main panel at pump house 1st at SKIMS,soura by way of :- Extracting the damaged wiring, starters rusted nuts bolts by using gas cutter and other tools and tackles. Cleaning the whole panel with by using high power air electric blower & carbon tetra chloride spray to making the surfaces neat & clean internally as well as externally.The job includes renovation of panel windows, doors ,enclosures & internal support frames by fixing new window sheet to enclosure by means of hinges by using welding machine gas cutter and providing new angle iron supports/frameswherever is required to accommodate cables as well as switch gears etc.The job also includes applying two coats of enamel paint over thered oxide primer after removing all the dust,rust greasy substances by using emery paper dhoti cloth etc. Providing and fitting of 400A Aluminium bus bar strips cut to length at site with necessary bends and holes as per site conditions with allinsulators fasteners and allied accessories.The job includes insulation of bus bar strips using heat shrinkable tape etc. Providing and fitting of 300A MCCB 3pole,415V 36KA with thermal release adjustable ,overload protection,short circuit protection adjustable.One number square shaped industrial grade 0-500V volt meter to show voltage with three number LED type indicators.One set of C.T coils 300/5A dully connected with Ampere meter to show amperage . Providing and fitting of 300A,415V,3pahse 4pole onload changeover switch The change over shall installed suitably in the above mentioned panel at suitable place with all nuts bolts thimbles dulycrimped & taped tothe incoming & outgoing cables.Providing and fitting of 63Amp,3pole,415V 50Hz MCCB 7No to act as main switches for starters.providing and fitting of 50A contactors assembly (5No),25A (2No),push buttons (14No),connectors (3way 14No) in the existing panel with internal main and auxiliary wiring with all allied items like single phase preventers ,high cut low cutouts over load protection relays,push buttons Ampere meters ,tie locks bases thimbles as required. The job also includes providing and fixing of 70Sq mm 3.5core Aluminium cable 40Mtr to act as a main line for said panel & 25sq mm CU PVC insulated flexible type 3core 30mtr & 10mm flexible 3 core CU 20Mtr for internalconnections to panel.The job further includes providing and fitting of Ampere meter with all necessary wiring to show the amperage of pumping units.
