| 4 | Fabrication/ Supply/ Fixing of M.S. squeezer blades made out of M.S. angle of size 65x65x6mm & M.S. sheet of size 1 mtr. Long x 150mm app. And 8mm thick with rubber squeezer of 100% synthetic rubber. Fixing with nut & bolt i/c drilling hole as per sample. |

The work also includes supply, boring, installation of new coupling as per requirement and servicing with Dr. Back varnish and baking, replacement of connection plate and box. Assembling the complete motor and put on the foundation, tightening of the nut bolts. |
| 8 | Painting of complete structure. Painting with red oxide epoxy paint of underwater portion & upper portion painted with enamel paint with two coats of epoxy paint. |
| 9 | Providing fixing of safety platform at grit chamber by carrying out the following works:- Providing fixing of 16x1 Mtr. Approx safety platform at the grit chamber by using 8 mm MS chequered sheet , MS channel 75x40 mm , MS angle 50x50x6 mm and B class 40 mm MS pipe for walkway and safety purpose. |
| 10 | Renovation of Rake Classifier No.2 at 37(15) MGD, STP at Okhla by carrying out the following works:- Isolation of classifier from the hydraulic process by closing sluice gate and providing gunny bags on both sides to prevent access of influent. Dewatering the chamber with the help of submersible pump and D.G. set and cleaning including removal of silt and floating material etc. |
| 11 | Dismantling of complete structure of classifier from the pit channel with the help of heavy labour, cutting the Nut Bolt with the help of Gas cutter, cutting the frame of the main arm. Removing & shifting to the workable place. |
| 12 | Providing set of Guide Shaft & Pins fabricated as per sample in terms of shape, size, MOC i/c machining the pins as per bush size. |
| 13 | Replacement the set of GM Bushes both end collared. The job i/c providing the new bushes with, centre/ pins as per manufacturers standard in terms of size MOC & finishing as per shaft (12Nos.) |
| 14 | Providing of main crank shaft fabricated as per sample in respect of MOC and size having 4500mm length with Gun metal ring OD 300mm ID-260mm and length 110 mm as per sample i/c cross support. |
| 15 | Providing the new scraper assembly having new srapersmade out of M.S. flat size 65mmx8mm. Length of each scraper will be 610mm. Fixing the scrapers on the structure made out from channel size 150x70x6mm as per M/standard to hold & support the scrapers.(80Nos.) |
| 16 | Providing the nut bolts of different size and hardware goods for the fixing of complete structure on site. |
