1Pre–cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of type C–1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, in and including demolition of old precast concrete block walling, pillars etc. built in cement mortar ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
2Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickor concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished evev & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
3Preparation plastered or unplasteted new wall surfaces and applying three coat of white washing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
4Plain cement concrete ,1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations filling and mass concrete or in sub base to floor in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
5Plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B–0, (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) , 25mm thick as in sub base and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
6First quality, Non skid ceramiccoloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.38 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tilesincluding dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
7Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in replacment , in and including taking down old damaged unservicable sheet in roof covering etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in replacment, in and including taking down of old unservicable sheet in roof covering etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Rolled section (Angle,Channel,T-section,MS Flate,Tubler pipes)as in framing for cladding,glazing and the like fixed with angle claets and connecting plates,etc including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
10Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
1160mm thick PUF panels in wall with 0.5mm prepainted galvalume sheet on both face/side including all fixing arrangements as in replacment of old damaged portion of wall panelling , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
1240mm thick PUF false ceiling panels with 0.5mm prepainted galvalume sheet on both face/side including all fixing arrangementsas in replacment of old damaged portion of false ceiling panels , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
13Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm but each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

16Anodised aluminium sliding window and ventilator with frame and shutters, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings per leaf suitable handle (1 No) with aluminium grill of size 50 x 50mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
17Sheet glass 5.5 mm thick oridinary quality and glazing with rubber packing to sliding windows in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
18Aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
