Provide and lay in position machnine mixed and machine vibrated Design Mix cement concrete of M30 grade for Reinforced cement concrete works in Dock blocks using minimum cement of 340 kg per Cu.m icluding cost of ceemnt but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering & shuttering and including all materials etc.

Provide suitable centering and shuttering made with MS sheetsincluding bolts, nuts, strutting, propping and removal of form work etc.

Supply and provide HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade( from VSP/SAIL/ TISCO) including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) including placing in position with proper cover blocks etc., complete all as shown in the drawing and as specified and directed.

Supply and Providing 100mm dia nominal boreGI pipe of heavygrade(Class C) of approved make like Jindal / Zenith/ Tata in the dock block shown in the drawing complete all as directed. cost of pipe includes 8 mm dia spiral bars welded to the pipeasshown in drawing

Supply, fabricate and fix Galvanised (100 microns hot dipped / Thermal spray Galvanising) 65x65x8 mm MS Angles as edge angles of specified size as per drawing including welding of angles to all sides of dock block etc., complete

Supply and provide 32mm dia MS Galvanized (100 microns hot dipped /Thermal spray Galvanising) Rods of required shape to be embedded in concrete as shown in the drawing complete all as directed.

Providing Numbering on both sides of dock block and shifting the blocks after completion of curing period from place of casting to any where in HSl as directed by engineer using cranes / tractor trailers etc.,

Application of solvent based Aliphatic acrylate anti-carbonation protective coating on the finished concrete surface with approved products/brands/shades like FOSROC/Sika or any other approved equivalent brands including one coat of surface primier complete all as directed by the engineer.
