| 1 | Repair of ducts of 6 nos. OTs present at AHU rooms only by way of dismantling the existing ducts and then making new joints by way of using silicon. The job also includes removing the old insulation and providing new Nitrile rubber/ XLPE insulation. The job also include arresting the leakages by providing fresh aluminium sheet wherever necessary and checking of dampers as well as repair of damaged damper and its cleaning. The job also includes plugging the air leakage from AHUs by way of providing/fitting of the gaskets along the doors/gaps of AHUs. The complete job includes cost of labour charges, tool and tackles and taxes etc. |
| 2 | Repair to 7 nos. AHU rooms by way of following : i) Repairto 7 nos. M.S doors by way of dismantling doors and after repair fitting it again. ii) Providing and fitting of Window Panes 4 nos. size- 2.25’x5’ iii) Providing and fitting of taps /Stopcock Valve along with fitting i.e sockets etc of size as per site -6 nos. iv) Providing and fitting of LED tube light along with assembly-14 nos. v) White washing of 7 no AHU Rooms along with plugging the holes in walls of rooms-7 nos. vi) Providing and fitting of LED flood Light 50 W-4 nos. along with Timer for automatic operation of flood lights and copper cabling for its complete installation. |
| 3 | Rewinding/ Repair of 7.5 HP raw water motor installed at pump room of SSH Jammu by way of dismantling of 7.5 HP 3 phase induction motor from site, carrying it to workshop for its repair, complete dismantling of motor in the workshop, extracting the burnt/damaged wiring and rewinding of the motor with high quality copper wire as per old size and sample. Job also includes assembling all the parts of motor after rewinding/repair, shifting it back, installation of the motor at its place, making proper alignment of the pump set and testing of the pump set at full load. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour for dismantling and fitting of motor, tool and tackles, transportation charges for carrying the motor from site to work shop and back to site, testing at site and taxes etc. |
