| 1 | M&L for checking / inspection of non functional / non working geyser any capacity / make in existing location for identifying the defects/faults in geyser/wiring/fault from DB etc all as per complaint obtained from MES service centre and all as directed.Notes :-(i) Any repair / replacement require to rectify the defects to make geyser serviceable shall be measured and paid separately.(ii) All defects notified shall be recorded in pucca bound register and shall be certified by the Engineer-in-charge.(iii)Contracor shall provide the complaint slip containing 100 pages in duplicate (in single colour) of size 5 inch x 8 inch properly binded and printed with their Firm Name and Telephone numbers as per sample and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
