Material and labour for dismantling of 40 HP Centrifrugal pump with motor from base of foundation using lifting crane or pully to lift the motor with pump from pump room including disconnecting the existing electrical connection, suction and delivery pipe line including earthing connection from foundation at main pump house Bhisiana transport to work shop Bhatinda for reparing work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Unit-Each, Qty-01). 2. Taking down U/S & supply and fix nut bolts and washer etc-(Unit-Kg, Qty-2.27) 3.M&L for rewinding of 40 HP motor 415 Volt 3 phase removing the burnt out copper winding of stator and cleaning the stator slots and core assembly, rewinding to stator with suitable guage of super enamled copper wire wth insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance, in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- The winding will be carried out in OEM work shop in presence of REP of GE (AF) Bhisiana. (Unit-Each, Qty-01) 4. Taking down unserviceable motor ebaring front andback side and replace with new bearing of existing size and make and model size of cap 40 HP motor. (Unit -Each, Qty-02). 5. Taking down unserviceable lugs and thimbles and jointing and existing cables after removing of carbon material with nuts and bolts and washer of cap 40 HP motor.(Unit -Nos, Qty-06). 6. Turnis (Lathe work) after realignment removing of scratch from rotor and shaft for making soft and smooth surface into rotor and shaft and refixing of the same into motor and rotor of existing size of 40 HP motor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Unit-Each Job, Qty-01) 7. Dismantling and replacing of following spare parts of 40 HP pumps. (a) Supply and install pump shaft Bush- (Unit-Each, qty-02) (b) Supply and install key for main shaft-(Unit-Each, qty-02) (c) Supply and fix check nut for pump set shaft-(Unit-Each, qty-01) (d) Supply and fix Gland rope- (Unit-Each, qty-02) (e) Supply adn fix stuffing box packing (Unit-Each, qty-01) (f)Supply and install rubber tyre coupling complete make. (Unit-Each, qty-01) (g) Supply and fix ball/roller bearing complete (Unit-Each, qty-02) 8. Material and labour for transport back from OEM work shop pump 40 HP with motor and fixing again in same foundation after minor repairing of foundation and base frame including welding work involved to anchor of pump with motor under depth of 08 mtr from ground level and connecting , testing and commissioning, realignment ofcoupling base frame impeller with "0" vibration of foudnation at pump house all as specified and as directed. (Unit-Each, qty-01) Note :- If any defect occurred during warranty period the contractor shall rectify within a week free of cost (Contractor should give Warranty period of 01 yrs after completion of Job for repair/work done in Job). |
