Name of Work: Renovation/Strengthening of foundation of gearboxes at aeration chamber of 12 MGD STP Okhla.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Dismantling of Motor and complete Gear Box unit from its installed position after removing the coupling with the help of lowering/ lifting, tools & tackles and gas cutter for cutting the rusted and corroded nut bolt etc. Removing the propeller, propeller shaft and base frame with the help of required tools & tackles and men power after making suitable plate-form in 20’ deep aeration tank taking all safety majors as per requirement at site.
2Stacking of all above dismantled equipments at one place with the help of lowering/ lifting tools & tackles, loading the elements in road conveyance with the help of Heavy labour
3Providing of High Tensile Harden foundation bolt size 25 mm dia x 450 mm long with 4 Nos. nuts & washers etc.
4Re-installation of the complete gear box unit, motor, propeller & propeller shaft with the base frame after fixing/ grouting foundation bolt in RCC slab i/c cutting suitable size holes with power drill and pouring suitable strength Cement concrete mortar with the help of chain pulley block, man power, tools & tackles as required at site.
5Testing & commissioning of complete unit on load satisfactorily.
