Note : 1. Refer Notes Of Price Bid Format At Annexure-B Of Technical Specification No. Py51866. Bidders Have To Prepare Unit Rate Sheet And Upload Along With Price Offer By Quoting Unit Rates For All Items Which Are Figuring In Main Supply & Mandatory Spares. Your Offer Will Not Be Evaluated Without Unit Rates. 2. The Bid Evaluation Is On Overall L1 Basis. Each And Every Item Of The Package Shall Be Quoted By The Bidder. Partial Offers Will Not Be Considered For Evaluation And The Same Are Liable For Rejection. 3. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Packing & Forwarding, Freight And Testing Charge. 4. The Total Lump Price Quoted Shall Be Exclusive Of Gst, Third Party Inspection (Tpi) And Transit Insurance Charge. Gst Shall Be Paid Extra By Bhel At Applicable Rates. 5.
