The recovery for the stones, weather useful or not for the minimum quatom of 4508.77 cubic meter @ Rupees 170/- only (Rupees one hundred seventy) per cubic metershall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absoluteresponsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respected including all incidental charges.
