I/We hereby agree to render consultancy services as defined in the agreement form and also agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in the said form. My/our fee for above mentioned architectural cum design consultancy services will be percentage hereby quoted of the estimated cost of Rs 3,17,16,280/- which is as per estimated cost worked out by the corporation .The Final payment will be made on the%age rate quoted by themon the estimated cost put to tender or on the project cost of the work whichever is less duly approved by the Competent authority of FCI for the said work.This offer is valid for a period of 45 days initially from the date of opening of the tenders by the corporation and with a provision that it shall be further extendable for a period of 45 days.
