The job includes fabrication of slanting portion of suction circuit in multiple flanged pieces (preferably in 1 mtr lengths) for easy maintenance of the foot valve. The job further includes installation of existing foot valve to the suction circuit. The job also includes fabrication providing and fitting of 300 mm dia, long radius flanged bend on suction side. The job further includes providing/fitting of new nuts/ bolts/ RI Cloth washer for fitting of the flanged joints. The job includes proper alignment, cutting/welding of pipes as per site requirement. The job shall also include providing of MS pipe/angle iron supports to suction pipe at three different locations to arrest any kind of vibration. |
| 5 | Fabrication/Installation/welding of existing 300 dia MS delivery pipes. The pipe shall be rested on ground surface. These pipes are to be laid as per the available corridor or site requirements. The pipes shall be joined by continuous butt welding in at least two runs on outside surface of the joint. The welded area shall be chipped properly in order to remove the flux formation. Quality product electrodes shall be used for welding.The job also includes fabrication providing and fitting of 300 mm dia, flanged bend on delivery side near pump. The job further includes providing/fitting of new nuts/ bolts/ RI Cloth washer for fitting of the flanged joints. The job includes proper alignment, cutting/welding of pipes as per site requirement. |
| 6 | Fabrication /Providing/fitting of MS flanges by way of welding for installation of the delivery and suction pipesfor 01 No 10 cusec pumping units in multiple joints. i. Thickness of the flange = 18 mm ii. Inner dia. of the flanges =300 mm iii. Outer dia. of the flange = 350 mm iv. Number of holes on flange = 10-12 Nos. v. Dia. of holes on flange = 20mm. | 7 | Fabrication /providing/fitting of pump motor gantry made out of 200 mm dia. MS pipe to be used as vertical posts (02 No’s). The height of vertical posts shall be 6 mtrs(approx.) above the cement concrete block level. The job involves Fabrication /providing/fitting of 250mmx250mm, 12mm thick MS plate on two ends of the vertical posts using electric arc welding for resting the horizontal beam. The job includes erecting, welding of the 02 No MS Pipe vertical posts to the existing grouted pipe lengths. The distance between the vertical posts hall be 2.13 meters. Angle iron pieces (ISA 50x50x5 mm ) of length 2 feet each shall be welded to one of the vertical posts to give it a ladder shape. The job includes providing, permanent fastening/ fixing of ISMB 250 horizontal beam at the top of the vertical posts by way of electric arc welding.
