| 1 | Providing FHTC from the existing CI / DI / UPVC / HDPE / GI / AC distribution pipe line by installing 10mm NB Gun-metal ferrule (ferrule to be supplied departmentally confirming to IS : 2692:1989 on the said pipeline and all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline, special, nut & bolt, rubber sheet washer etc. to be supplied by the agency) and lay 15 mm or equivalent dia PVC / HDPE pipe (average 15 m length) with all necessary specials 1mtr below the ground connecting the ferrule and upto the point just inside the premessis of the household or as directed by EIC. Supply & installation of 15 mm dia alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21 kg/cm2) to be fitted in a position as directed by EIC. GI pipe line (medium duty) of required length with all necessary specila to continue from the end of the HDPE / PVC pipe and upto 1 m above ground within the premessis of the household.(NOTE :- Payment of supply & laying of 15 mm dia or equivalent dia PVC / HDPE pipe will be made on actual measurement basis. The rate of this item is Rs 117.00 / m). Note:- 1) PVC pipe shall of schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with G.I Pipes as per IS:1239 (Part - 1) 2) Rate is exclusive of supply and delivery of 10 mm NB gun - metal Ferrule. 3) Payment of supply & laying of 15 mm NB PVC (Schedule 80 ) / 20 mm OD HDPE (PE100, PN16) pipe with all necessary specials 1.0 meter below the ground will be made on actual measurement basis.
