3Taking out old worn out damaged cladding of any thickness ( plainor corrugated. GI or Aluminium) and transporting the serviceable materials to owner"s storage point anddamaged materials to the directed place within refinery premises. The job includes, cleaning the site, transporting the materials to directed place, complete with all labor and materials etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Payment shall be made on the previously finished surface).
4"Fixing single/multiple layer of machine stitched preformed LRB mineral wool mattresses of density 150 kg/cum conforming to IS:8183 in required thickness over the technological equipments like columns, vessels, ducts, horton spheres, storage tanks etc.,including cleaning of the surface with wire brush, fixing the insulation mattresses in position and securing the same properly,etc. all complete with tools, tackles, materials such as self tapping screws, lacing, binding, stitching wire, labour etc. complete in accordance with the specifications laid down in the contract and in the latest IS standards as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. LRB will be supplied by CPCL free of cost."
5Fixing cladding with old aluminium/GI plain/corrugated sheets. The job includes cutting, bending & grooving to proper shape and size and fixing with self-tapping screws, providing water proofing tar felt between the sheet overlap/joint securing with metallic bands wherever required at any height with all labour, materials (except cladding sheets which will be supplied by owner),etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment shall be made on the area of the finished surface).
6Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration asapproved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
7Supply and Welding of insulation Anchors /lugs/bolts etc(SS 304). The scope involves removal of old anchors/lugs/bolts and welding new ones as per requirement and instructions of EIC.

25"Providing all necessary materials and carrying out cold insulation works as per the following specifications on equipments like columns, vessels, exchangers, ducts etc., at any height including the cost of all materials, tools and tackles, labour, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1) A coat of approved bituminous paint (IS:158/69) shall be applied on the metal surface after through cleaning. 2) A coat of hot bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS:702 to be applied on the painted surface for fixing Polyurethane foam (PUF) blocks and preformed pipe section of density 36 kg/cum without gaps in between the required size and shape, tightening them by tying each layer with 16 SWG wire at the rate of 500mm centre to centre. 3) A coat of hot bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS:702 to be applied on each layer, surface and joint of blocks and sections. 4) Encircle the last layer of insulationby application ofopen weave glass cloth and then 3mm "Shalicoat" of M/S STP Ltd / Insulcoat of M/s Lloyd Insulation., or equivalent"
