1Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pit with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope & compacted to meet the requirement of table 300.1 & 300.2 in all leads & lifts as per technical specification clause 301.5 including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
2Earth work in excavation for structure in all depths as per drawing & technical specification for Rural Road August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring & bracing, removal of stumps & other deleteruious materials & disposal in all leads & lifts including dressing of sides & bottom & back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollation etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiselling and wedging out rock ( where blasting is prohibited ). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling & stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites & safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner tramming filling of unevenness blindage & finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to sping seepage rain and other causes, it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responisibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.
3Providing & laying cement concrete Mechanically mixed & Vibrated 1 : 4 : 8 ( One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) nominal size ) for plain/ reinforced concrete work in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including cost of form work & curing complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Providing & laying cement concrete Mechanically mixed & Vibrated 1 : 3 : 6 ( One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty milimetre ) nominal size ) for plain/ reinforced concrete work grade M-10 ( ten )in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including cost of form work & curing complete including all leads, lifts & carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Providing & laying plain/reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed & Vibrated in Sub-structure complete as per drawings & technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 Plain cement concrete grade M-15 ( fifteen ) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 ( One cement : two & half sand : five graded stone aggregate ) including cost of form work & curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & otherincidentialcomplete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

9Providing & laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm ( four milimetre ) dia G.I. wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x100mm ( One hundred into one hundred milimeter ) mesh ( woven diagonally including 10% ( ten percent )extra for laps & joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 ( twenty five ) kilogram each as per drawing & technical Specification clause 1301, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

13Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 as per design in single row, culverts on first class bedding of granular materials in single row including fixing collars with cement mmortar 1 : 3 ( One cement : three sand ) but excluding excvavation, protection wall, back filling, concrete & masonry work in head walls & parapets as per drawing & technical specification clause 1106of R.C.C. following pipes :-

27Providing & applying tack coat with nitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion distributor 0.276 Kg/Sqm. ( zero point two seven six kilograme per Square metre ) on the prepared surface dry & honary bitumen surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503, using mechanical meansincluding carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
28Providing & laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH ( One hundred to one hundred twenty Toone per hour ) batch type hot mix plant producting an average output of 75 ( Seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
29Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm ( Two point five milimetre ) thick including effectorising glass beads @ 250 grms( two hundred fifty grams ) per square metre area thickness of 2.5mm( Two point five milimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finish surface to be level, uniform & free from streaks & holes, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
30Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/ Local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting & Printing etc. as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1703, Ordinary Kilometer stone ( Precast ) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts &other incidential complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge
