78M & L for removing of existing SGA sand and providing new special sand suitable for SGAs which will retain in 1.18 mm sieve & will pass through 4.75 mm sieve & ploughing as per descreation ofEngr-in-Charge.
79Dismantling of existing Runway lights carefull dismantling oftaking out existing Runway light fitting with base of following type including DGPS survey marking (X,Y,Z coordinates) in presence of rep of user and submission of completion drawing for approval of user, core cutting, disconnecting all electric wiring carefully andincludes transportrunway site upto store for safe handing over to the Air Force Auth,all as specified and directed for the following :- Note :- (1) In case of any damage during removal/dismantaling of AFLS the contractor will be required to repair/replace the same item without any additional cost. (2) After dismantalling/removal of the AFLs the same shall be deposited to AF authroity in the presence of rep of GE. (3) Before removal of AFLS, the rep of Air ForceAuthority will check the actual position of AFLS with the help of DGPS survey conducted by the contractor & cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

138Re-Fixing ofExisting DTGM board , taking down in item No. 137 and same shall be collected from AF Authority in the presence of rep of GE, complete all as specified and as directed.
139M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to eall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as requred to be 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.
140M&L for earthing complete with galvanised stgeel pipe electrode, 40mmbore, medium grade, 2.5mtr length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire all as shown in plate No. 2 to the earthing test point including charcoal, salt as per adequate proportion all as specified and indicated including testing on completion as directed.
141Note No. 1: Repair and maintenance of existing pipe earthign with GI wire connection of AFLS light body with the help of ss nuts and bolts complete all as specified.The cost shall be deemed to be included in their tendered cost. Note No. 2 : Until or unless mentioned in the tender documents, the fwg works shall be done by the contractor and therefore their cost shall be deemed to be included in their tendered cost. (a) During dismentling of existing conduits on ruwnay, MTT, PTT and MS boxes are also needed to be dismantled and to be fixed according to new surface level.(b)height of existing MS box can be maintained according to new level of runway or surrounding surface by using collar/extension box. (c) If requried, necessary dummy plates, gaskets and M10 bolts are to be provided.
