| 1 | Upgradation of GMCH Jammu by way of providing and fitting of new split casing pump-set of capacity 30 HP in Boys Hostel of GMCH Jammu. Job involves Providing and fitting of 30 HP pump motor set of capacity 40,000 GPH x25 mtr head along with requisite sizes copper cables at pumping station of Boys Hostel. The pump shall be of make Kirloskar/Wilo(M&P)/KSB. The pump coupled with motor shall be of make Kirloskar/ABB/ Crompton/Jyoti. Job includes dismantling of old pump-set from its installed position along with base frame. Laying of new RCC foundation as per PWD norms in place of it of size as per the size of the base frame of the pump-set. Placing and fitting the pump set on the base frame with the help of nut, bolts and washers. Fitting the suction and delivery of the pump-set along with sluice valves, NRV’s by way of cutting and welding of MS pipes as per site conditions. Making all the electrical connections and testing the pump set on no load and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and other tools and tackles required for the execution of the job and all taxes etc. |
| 2 | Providing and Fitting of 150 mm dia C.I. heavy duty non return valve (NRV) ISI marked in place of the old worn out along with providing and fitting of 150 mm dia heavy duty flange type as per sample of existing foot valve in place of the damaged foot valve by way of dismantling of the old assemblies, providing of new valves, P/F of appropriate sizes rubber gaskets, new nuts and bolts and fitting of the new valves, and repairs to the existing 100mm dia sluice valves (2 nos).
